Hi, I'm Mallory Boich
She/Her/Hers
In a world which can sometimes be stressful, overwhelming and complex, it’s not surprising that sometimes we don’t feel ok.
Here's what I believe: the power of emotions is incredible. They shape our identities, influence how we interact with others and can be the underlying source of ongoing problems. While it may be easier to stay silent or to push our emotions deep down, this does not miraculously “fix” our problems, nor does it allow us to heal. As a therapist, I will support you in figuring out what to do and collaborate with you on how to make the hard stuff easier to sit with. Ultimately, my goal is to help you process, heal and grow from your struggles, pain + negative experiences.
A little bit about me...
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (BBH-LCPC-LIC-20976) practicing in Bozeman, Montana. My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative and rooted in empirically-based treatment methods. Pulling from both Emotion-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioral theories, I take an eclectic approach to counseling to best fit your needs.
